This converatinal 'course' delves into the complex and nuanced issues surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and how they intersect in the workplace and society at large. Led by Alan Phan and Aparna Sundaram, founders of the Diversity Collective, this course explores the fundamental concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion and their role in creating a just and fair society. 

Participants will learn about the challenges and barriers to achieving diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as strategies and best practices for addressing them.

The course also focuses on the importance of justice in rectifying systemic injustices in recruitment, leadership and education. Participants will gain insights into the impact of these injustices on marginalized communities, and explore practical solutions for creating a more equitable and just society.

Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants will deepen their understanding of the complexities of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice and develop the skills and knowledge needed to become advocates for change. This course is ideal for professionals, educators and individuals who are committed to creating a more equitable and just society.
