While we all want the best for every child, do we truly understand what working in a child centered way means and entails? Is our practice truly child centered or do adults do things that make their life easier rather than on focus on the needs of the child? Sarah will discuss what are the benefits to the child when we truly work in a child centered way. She will reflect on how, when all adults understand the essential nature of working in this way,  it is possible to change our practice to improve it.
